2 bedroom apartment located right beside the 31 bus stop and 17 tram stop. Multiple groceries stores and parks nearby, and located on the first floor making it easy to carry those groceries in. Both bedrooms facing towards courtyard so it's super quiet at night even though it is very central.

Most furnitures are included - washing machine, kitchen area + table, second bedroom table and all closets (and more can be included if up to discussion). Storage room in basement also included (~3 sq. meters).

Water heating and electricity included.

Available from November 1 for 1 year (possible to extend as well)

Note: No smoking allowed in the apartment.
