Room in shared flat in Grunerløkka free from August
One of my flatmates is is moving out and the room frees up on 29.07.2025 so we are looking for someone to move in to take his place!
We are me, Erik (Spanish/Norwegian, 28) and Nabeel (Pakistani, 27), two chill tidy guys working fulltime jobs who like the outdoors and cooking respectively, and we are looking for a third person to join our flat.
The owner is very hands off and and chill.
The room available is the smallest one in the flat. It has a small bed, 90cm wide, a desk and a chair, that is included for a small fee.
Those of us who have lived here have often had long days and appreciate keeping things tidy, although we are not the most demanding. We have spent many evenings in the living room, either on our own sofas with our own PCs or in front of the TV. It's not uncommon for us to have visitors in the cosy living room!
This is not a new building, but it maintains an acceptable standard. The housing cooperative has an elevator, surveillance, storage space, stair cleaning, and a janitor. In the immediate vicinity, you will find Sofienberg Park, Løkka's bar street, the city's best burger, and other urban amenities. The bedrooms are relatively small, but in return, the apartment is quite large. Our facilities include all necessary appliances, a fast elevator, a large TV, fast internet, and a cute winter garden with evening sun. The electricity costs here are quite low, around 200 NOK each, even during these record times. In summer, we pay almost nothing for electricity!
I act as the intermediary for the landlord and am responsible of internet and electricity contracts. The apartment is partially furnished, with all necessary basics. It is possible to take over the furniture in the room at a low price (1000 nok)

Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en
annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
