Room available in Bergen Collective! 🌿

Duration: Starting October 2026. (Possible sublet for month of October only)
Rent: 5500 NOK/month + electricity (approx. 200-800 NOK/month)

About Us:
We're a vibrant community collective in Bergen, looking for someone to sublet my room for a few months while I am at sea 🌊. Our household is a mix of Norwegians and internationals (7 people in total), with a diverse range of interests and professions, and who are – in my humble opinion - the best bunch of humans you’ll find in Bergen ❤️. We value openness, consideration, and community involvement.

🛌 The room is furnished with a desk, bed and cupboard, with beautiful views of the mountain from the windows.
🏡 House Features: Three bathrooms with floor heating, two living rooms, large kitchen and dining room, large lawn, a fireplace, attic storage, and a basement with various project spaces.
🪴Garden & Greenhouse: Enjoy our vegetable garden and self-built greenhouse.

Household Highlights:
🍲 Common dinners most nights (veg/semi-vegan)! We rotate cooking – you’ll sign up once weekly to feed the fam. It’s THE BEST part of our day – laughter, deep chats, and leftovers guaranteed if you miss it!
🛒 Shared food account: 700 NOK/week via shared cards (covers groceries + household essentials). Fridge = communal unless labeled! Saves money, reduces waste, and means someone’s always stocked your oat milk 😉
We also have a dog!

Location perks:
2 mins to Kronstad bybane, grocery stores, HVL, Haukeland
10 mins by bike/tram to downtown
Trailheads for Ulriken/Svartediket/Løvstakken right nearby!

We're ideally looking for a mature female roommate - someone who is friendly, clean, kind, and considerate and likes dogs :)

🔇 Quiet hours 23:00–07:00 (we work/study hard!)
🎉 Occasional parties, but not a party house – we cherish our calm sanctuary 🌙

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
