Room for Rent in Central Tromsdalen

We are looking for a friendly and responsible person to rent a room in our charming older house in central Tromsdalen.

About the house:
The house is located within walking distance of the Arctic Cathedral, Fjellheisen, grocery stores, bus connections, and hiking opportunities. The room is located on the third floor and comes furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with three other resident, and towels, bed linen, and extra blankets are available if needed.
Rent: NOK 7,500 per month
We are primarily looking for a long-term tenant, but shorter-term stays may also be possible.

About us:
You would be sharing the house with Tobias, Sebastian and Embla, a friendly and easy-going gang from Sweden and Norway in their late 20 and early 30s. We all work full-time and are tidy, responsible, and easy to live with. Outside of work, we enjoy spending time outdoors, including hiking, skiing, fishing, and other activities. We also enjoy the occasional shared dinner, board game night, or relaxed evening together. At the same time, we appreciate personal space and want the house to be a peaceful and comfortable home for everyone.

What we're looking for:
We are looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, tidy, and responsible
• Social but also respectful of personal space
• Happy to contribute to shared household chores
• Open to occasionally joining a shared dinner, board game night, hike, ski trip, or fishing trip

We have a shared cleaning schedule, and everyone contributes to snow shoveling in the winter and mowing the grass in the summer. We also ask everyone to respect quiet hours, particularly after 10 PM, as the kitchen is directly above a bedroom in the basement. Unfortunately, we prefer tenants without cars, as parking is limited and can be particularly difficult during the winter.
