Room in shared apartment for a girl

I am renting out a bed room of around 13 sq meter, in my two bedroom apartment. The room i am renting is named as Stue in the layout besides the another bedroom. Apartment is fully furnished with following features.

Separate toilet and bathroom
Common laundry room
Electricity, internet and heating is included.
Parking space is also included
Separate Balcony

I am looking for a girl or lady tenant to share my apartment with who is clean and tidy having friendly nature .

About me
I am 31 year girl originally from Nepal and have been in Norway for last 5 years.
Working full time as an engineer in Tønsberg. Friendly, non smoking and love to maintain cleanliness .

Rental terms
Can be for short or long term.
Termination notice minimum 3 months.
Deposit advance 3 months rent

Location
Located in calm neighbourhood and close to shopping centre. 10 min to Tønsberg station by bus which is 5 min away.
