Location: The apartment is centrally and attractively located in Rosenborg/Øvre Møllenberg, one of Trondheim's most sought-after areas. Within walking distance, you will find several grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries. The nearest grocery store is just 230 meters from the apartment. The city center is only a short 15-minute walk away, and Solsiden, with its many restaurants and cafes, is just a few minutes away.

If you enjoy being outdoors, Kristiansten Fortress and the surrounding park areas are a short distance away, as well as Tornesparken, located between Kirkegata and Nedre Møllenberg street. The Fortress Park has large green areas for ball games, play, or picnics on a sunny summer day. Just below the fortress, you'll find Restaurant Kommandanten with outdoor seating during the summer. A short walk from Rosenborg, you’ll also find Kuhaugen, offering a fantastic view over Trondheim city and the Trondheim Fjord towards Fosen.
