Christmas short-term rental in cozy Tøyen apartment

Want to spend Christmas in possibly the best location in Oslo?
I'm going away for a month and leasing it out for the period. This is last minute so I'm putting it out quite cheap to make sure I find someone.

The 53sqm apartment is really cozy and has a lot of soul. It gets morning and evening sun and is located in a perfect location opposite the botanical gardens and Toyen torg, making it perfect for those who need to get the T-bane, or want to walk to Grunnerløka or the city.

The apartment has included heating and it's very toasty. Floor heating in the bathroom and in general very cozy with nice colours and furniture. The bed is 180cm wide and very comfy. Perfect for singles or couples.
