Furnished room with balcony – central location – quiet living – available from May 1st

Furnished room (approx. 10 sqm) available in centrally located apartment from May 1st. The room is south-facing and has its own private balcony with no direct facing neighbours, providing good light and privacy. It is furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves.

The apartment is located at Adamstuen — with short walking distance to public transport:
Tram 17/18 from Thereses gate
37-bus from Tannlegehøyskolen
20-bus from Ullevål sykehus

Kitchen and bathroom (with washing machine) are shared with me. Electricity, internet and gas (stove) are included in the rent.

I am 47 and work professionally with music, sound design and animation. (Any work involving high sound levels takes place in an external studio.)

The apartment is used as a calm and structured home environment, and the rental room is located in the opposite end of the flat, providing separation and privacy.
This is a room in a private apartment and the flat is best suited for someone who values a quiet and orderly living environment. Occasional visits are fine, but the apartment is not suitable for frequent guests or social gatherings.

The room is particularly suitable for someone staying in the city for work for a limited period (typically 1–6 months). Flexible lease length by agreement. Deposit depends on duration of stay.

No indoor smoking. Unfortunately allergic to cats.
