Looking for a new roommate M/F on a long-term basis

Hello,
I'm looking for a new roommate M/F on a long-term basis from now on (the notice period is 3 months).
It is a bright 75 m² apartment in the basement with a small terrace and garden in front of the door in a very quiet residential area.
I think the apartment is well laid out and spacious.
One advantage is that the two bedrooms are not next to each other.
Internet via WiFi is included in the rent.
Washing machine, refrigerator (without freezer), dishwasher are also included.
A large freezer should also be available in the next few days, I will update the ad then.

There is a bed, a chest of drawers and a desk with a chair in your potential new bedroom. The bedroom for the new roommate is the room next to the entrance area with a nice view to the mainland.

The nearest bus stop is Røstbakktoppen (bus 40) about 5 minutes walk, or the Polaria bus stop about 10 minutes walk.
The rent is NOK 15,000, so NOK 7,500 per person, plus electricity costs.
The deposit is NOK 7,500 per person.
The landlords are very friendly, and it's easy to get along with them.

About me: I'm a rather quiet and introverted guy in my mid-40s, and I work as a tour guide. I'm originally from Germany and have been living here for over 1.5 years. I'm looking for a roommate who is neat and clean and also ensures quiet living conditions.

Smoking in the apartment, animals, and parties are not allowed; a parking space cannot be offered.
