Room in 2 people apt - Øvre Løkka/Torshovparken

Hello ! I'm looking for a woman or non-binary person (20s or 30s) to share a lovely apartment in Torshov/Øvre Grunnerløkka.

About the apartment :
On the 4th floor with elevator and high standard. Is it fully furnished with dish-washer, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer. As well as lots of cooking appliances and tools and items you might need. It also has its own ventilation system with filtration! There is a bod (next to the entrance on floor plan) and a large basement storage room that can be used to store things :)
It's ideally located at 5mn walk from the 12, 15 and 18 trams as well as the 30, 20 and 20, 21, 26, 28 busses + Flybussen. There's a Bunnpris 2mn away that is open everyday from 7AM to 11PM and many other shops around, as well as amazing parks and greenery all around.
The balcony is quite big with a comfy couches and can also fit a small table and chairs. You can also use my (too large) TV for movie nights or games.

About your room :
It's 8 square meters and is furnished with a 140cm loft bed and comfy mattress to gain space, a little chaise-long sofa, a closet, desk, shelves and other basics. If you'd like something different, we can discuss it of course :)
it's available from October and I'd like to rent it short term to start, with a possibility for longer stays.
The 10 500kr a month include heating, hot water, electricity, insurance and internet. Deposit amount and conditions can be discussed :)

About me :
I'm 30, french and I'm a freelance project manager. I've been living in Oslo for 7 years and in this apartment for 3. I work from home these days, mostly in my room for meetings, but sometimes in the living room for a change :) I'm currently single, don't smoke, don't have pets, like to cook and like the apartment to be reasonably clean and tidy. I'm not a big party person but enjoy having a couple friends over regularly. I'm extroverted and love to chat and share food and shows/movies/games with my flatmate, go out with friends and meet new people, but also enjoy some calm and alone time when I'm home to recharge. I like cute and colorful things and plants in the common areas and will be very happy for you to add your own style and things to the mix !

About you :
You're a student or work in Oslo, ideally not from home as it can be a bit much if we both do. You don't smoke and feel comfortable keeping things tidy and clean too. Pets like a cat can MAYBE be discussed but they are technically not allowed in the building. The apartment is ideal if you don't have a lot of belongings as almost anything you might need is there/can be borrowed :)
