2 rooms available in a 3-bedroom shared flat – Singsaker, Trondheim

Two rooms are available from 1 October 2026 until 31 July 2027 in a well-kept shared flat at Tyholtveien 37. The third room is rented to a student. Students are preferred.

Rent: NOK 7 200 - 7400 per room/month, including electricity, heating, hot water and internet. Deposit NOK 20 000 (deposit account).

The rooms
– Room 1: 7 m², window with natural light, wardrobe, desk, chair - NOK 7200,-
– Room 2: 9 m², window with natural light, wardrobe, desk, chair - NOK 7400,-

Shared areas
Living room, kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer, fully equipped with pots, plates and cutlery. One bathroom with a new washer-dryer, plus a separate WC with a sink. Everything was renovated in 2021.

Location
– NTNU Gløshaugen: approx. 15 min walk / 5 min by bike
– City centre: approx. 15 min walk
– Bus stop: 3 min, grocery store just down the street

Good to know
No smoking indoors. No pets. Shared cleaning rota. Bike parking. The landlord lives in the same house and is easy to reach.
