Short term Studio Apartment on Øya i August

I am unfortunately giving up my lovely apartment that has been my home for almost 5 years. Located on a very quiet street on Øya, next door to St. Olav’s hospital. 10min cycle / 20min walk to the city center, NTNU Gløshaugen and Teknobyen. Well connected with local and regional buses and trains from the hospital. Close to bus and tram routes to Byåsen for winter skiing. South and west facing windows so it gets all the winter sun. Private balcony with river view, herb garden and clothes line. Shared balcony at front of building for sunrise coffee. Shared washer and dryer in basement. Bike storage in basement. Maintenance and snow clearing managed by local company.

It is a 3 year contract with byroenbolig

It is rented unfurnished, but happy to sell some of my furniture to the new tenant.
