Utfyllende informasjon

We offer a brand new apartment (established in 2024) with 5 min walk to NTNU/Gløshaugen. The apartment is attached on our house, where we live a family of 5. Our kids are 0, 5 and 7. The apartment has a shared enterance/hall with our other tenants living on the 2nd floor. All furnitures (bed, sofa etc is new of 2024, as well as all of the applicancies).

The apartment had two rooms: one bedroom and one office room (cannot be converted into a bedroom since it leads to the enterance). The apartment is suitable for singles or couples, since it’s one bedroom.

5 min walk to Gløshaugen
15 min walk to St. Olavs Hospital
20 min walk to the city centre
