early-December 2025 til the February 2026 - Modern and central apartment in Vollstudentby

Hi, I am subletting my furnished twin studio at a monthly rent of 6700kr including advance-paid electricity of 450kr. However if you cost lower or higher than the 450 kr limit, you will pay or get paid with the rest in total at the end of the rental. We can discuss the deposit needed. The period starts from early-December 2025 til the end of February 2026 (can be flexible). The location is Vegamont 1R, a 10-minute bus from Gløshuaugen (the bus station is just at the opposite of the building). The house is furnished with kitchen (share with another guy who works as PhD at NTNU) and private bathroom. It has Meny, pharmacy, extra, kiwi, rema and Impulse just at the ground layer.
