Hei,

The apartment is located in Trondheim, Lundåsen area, and is extremely well connected (5 minutes on foot) to the bus stop of buses 1 and 2, where you can reach the whole city; for example, from the house to NTNU Gløshaugen it can take 34 minutes, riding in 24 meters, modern, temperature-controlled buses that also have phone and laptop charging (if the laptop charges via USB).

The apartment has a maximum of 3 bedrooms available (potentially 4, one more for the landlord's guests).

Current room situation (to understand where each room is located, please look at the picture with the drawing of the apartment):

- Room 1: Available from 01/01/2027, room with a lot of space for clothes, two wardrobes
- Room 2: Not for rent
- Room 3: Available from 01/01/2027, room with private balcony
- Room 4: Used normally as an office

Internet and electricity are included in the rent (electric car charging is possible sporadically with an extra; a parking spot might be available for an extra and under certain conditions).

Rooms will not be rented to people under the age of 18.

The rooms are rented fully furnished, with a 140x200cm bed. Everybody will also have a personal wardrobe. All the rooms have personal heating (you set your preferred temperature).

Note on the living room: use of the living room will not be included in the contract; however, you can ask me, and I can allow tenants to use it sometimes.

For those who have a BankID and a Norwegian bank account, the deposit is paid into a regular deposit account, usually either in Sparebank 1 SMN. The deposit will always be equivalent to 3 months of rent.
