CITY CENTER: Furnished apartment with balcony

Available immediately until November 30.

Furnished apartment with washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment has a private balcony, and also a rooftop for all building residents to use. The sofa is a sofa bed so you have the option of having overnight guests.

Internet, TV package, heating, municipal taxes are included in the rent, you only need your own electricity subscription and insurance (the electricity cost is very low, approx. NOK 100-200 per month, as district heating is included). Pets and smoking are unfortunately not allowed.

Perfect location in a safe and quiet street within walking distance of everything Trondheim has to offer. The city centre and NTNU Kalvskinnet is just around the corner, and NTNUGløshaugen/St. Olavs Hospital are within walking distance. The bus stop for regular buses and the airport bus is 5 minutes away from the apartment, and grocery stores only a 4-minute walk away. There are plenty of zoned parking spaces in the area which you can use for cheap through a subscription from the municipality, if you wish to have a car nearby.
