Utfyllende informasjon

A two-room apartment; rent includes heating, internet, TV and warm water

Renting out my apartment suitable for both a single person and a couple.

- All the furniture but the small decorations and plants shown in the pictures are included. There are two more shelves and some pillows also available. An inventory list can be provided before the visit.

- There is also a storage room in the basement and a parking space you can use. You can enjoy the evening sun on the balcony.

- The apartment is located in a calm neighborhood close to the NTNU Dragvoll and Gløshaugen campus with good bus connections, e.g., bus 12, 3 , 14 etc. There are supermarkets and gyms within walking distance. It is also close to nice hiking and cross country skiing area.

- The rent includes internet, TV, warm water, heating but NOT electricity. The energy grade of the apartment is Green B. The electricity is normally only around 200 NOK in summer and 400 NOK in winter.
