Utfyllende informasjon

A two-room fully furnished apartment; rent includes heating, internet, TV and warm water

Renting out my apartment suited for either a single person or a couple.

- The rent includes internet, TV, warm water, heating, but NOT electricity. The apartment's energy grade is Green B. Electricity costs about 200 NOK in summer and 400 NOK in winter.

- All the furniture in the picture is included. Some decorations have changed since the last tenant moved in. An inventory list can be provided before the visit.

- A storage room and a parking space are available in the heated basement. You can install a charger for your electric car at your own cost. There are also many above-ground guest parking spaces.

- A balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun.

- The apartment is located in a calm neighborhood close to the NTNU Dragvoll and Gløshaugen campus with good bus connections to the city center and the beach, e.g., bus 12, 3, 14, 15. There are supermarkets, an Asian market, a Vietnamese restaurant, two gyms, and the shopping mall Valentinlyst within walking distance. It is also close to a nice hiking and cross-country skiing area.

- The building complex is managed by a very friendly board, which takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the common area.

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
