Private cozy and super central apartment - short rentals - All inclusive - Perfect for Erasmus Students

Apartment is available from September 7th.

We offer a monthly-based contract (minimum stay: 2 months).
Included in the rent:
All utilities (water, electricity, and internet)
Full furnishings
Fully stocked on towels, linens, and supplies
You’ll only need to bring your clothes and personal belongings.
Monthly rent: 17,500 NOK. (We offer invoices for your rental as proof for university refunds).

The apartment comes equipped with all essential furniture and kitchenware, making it ideal as a commuter flat or for exchange students.

Please note: There is no dishwasher in the apartment.

You’ll have access to a shared balcony directly outside the entrance door. The backyard/entrance area is shared with two other units. Good storage options available in loft space and storage rooms.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout and an additional panel heater in the living room. Internet is included in the rent.

LOCATION
The apartment is centrally located at Hospitalsløkkan in Midtbyen, just a stone’s throw from Skansen. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Trondheim Torg.
