The tenancy is based on a fixed-term tenancy contract running for 6 months (from 1 August).

We focus on creating a pleasant collective, and put together tenants we think will be happy together. Preferably an even distribution of boys and girls, and that all are students. This provides a great opportunity to quickly make new acquaintances at the start of your studies :-)
