I am renting out a bedroom in my apartment from 01.01.2026 to 01.02.2026 . It is a three-room apartment centrally located at Melkeplassen in Laksevåg, just a 2-minute walk from bus line 19 and a Coop Prix grocery store.

The home is on the 2nd floor with a total size of 58 sqm, and the room for rent is about 12 sqm. It is furnished with a large wardrobe and a 120 cm bed. The kitchen and living areas are fully equipped with modern appliances, and there is a washing machine and dryer available in the building’s basement.

Since I work offshore and am away frequently, you will have the place mostly to yourself. I would appreciate it if the space is kept clean and tidy, and I’m preferably looking for a non-smoker.

Internet, electricity, and water costs are included in the rent.
