I am looking for 2 new flatmates in a cozy LGBTQ+ friendly flat share in the heart of St. Hanshaugen from the 1st of December.

About the apartment:
The apartment is a charming older 2nd floor apartment with large windows and high ceilings close to St. Hanshaugen park in the best part of town. There are currently two bedrooms (20m² and 7m²) available. Additionally the apartment has a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies. Wifi is included in the rent.

Room 1 (10 000 NOK): The available room is 20 m², has wooden flooring and a good sized window facing a calm street, enjoying sunlight from morning until early afternoon. The room will be rented out without furniture.

Room 2 (6 500 NOK): The room has a build in bunk bed and there is an option to rent the room with a foldable table if desired. It is facing toward the very calm backyard of the house and has evening sun.

About me:
I am Arisa - I am a 30 years old artist from Germany. I have been living in Norway for the past three years. I sometimes travel to Germany for a couple of weeks to work on projects. Besides I work in hospitality in restaurants, bars and in occasionally a gallery. Until now I have been sharing the room with my partner Lóa who is going to study in Iceland from January 2026 on and might return to live in the room with me around August next year.

I am easy going, tidy and have a good experience of living with other people over the past years. I find it important to have a good atmosphere in the home and like to hang out with my flat mates from time to time. I enjoy going to the sauna, preparing nice dinners and having brunch on weekends. I mostly work in the daytime and some evenings. Since I have family and friends abroad, I sometimes have guests over for a couple of days or a week.
