Heimdal - apartment located in the first floor

This independent apartment, 5 minutes away on foot to the bus stops 1 and 2, is on the first (ground) floor of a house.

- Apartment part of cosy, typical Norwegian house
- 1x Parking / Parking spot included (one car only)
- Big and luminous living room
- Recent kitchen that includes a new "super-silent" dishwasher and a combo fridge-freezer
- Heat pump (rated for 3 times the size of the apartment), Hot, Cold and ventilation only
- Bathroom with floor heating and combo washer-dryer (there is space for more appliances if you prefer)
- Independent and smart hot water heater of 200 litres (there is one specific for this apartment)
- 200 Mbit/s Fiber Internet (part of a higher capacity line, 200 Mbit/s bidirectional dedicated to you) with QoS (quality of service) technology, included in the price
- The apartment is rented without any furniture, but some of the furniture that is currently present (most of which is not in the pictures)
- Reached by Wolt and Foodora food delivery services.
- The door between the rental apartment and the apartment upstairs is soundproof and fireproof.
- Dedicated electricity counter, and a dedicated 15-amp line in the kitchen for high-power plug-in appliances like fryers.
- The fridge in the pictures will be there as well as all the kitchen appliances and the washer-dryer.

For those who have a BankID and a Norwegian bank account, the deposit is paid into a regular deposit account, usually either in Sparebank 1 or Danske Bank. For all the others (without BankID), the only option is "Tryg Depositumsgaranti" through this very website. The deposit will always be equivalent to 3 months of rent.

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
