A cozy 2-roms apartment in Ilsvika is rented short or long-term from Feb 1st.

The newly constructed apartment (2015) is on the ground floor with a separate entrance, includes free parking and has a private balcony with a stunning uninterrupted fjord and city view with year round sunrises and aurora viewing opportunities.
The kitchen is outfitted with integrated appliances, the stue and bad have radiant heating and shared laundry machines are available next door in the basement of the main building. The apartment is currently furnished, but can also be rented unfurnished.

A bus stop with direct bus access to the city center is <100m away and the Ilsvika bike path is practically on your doorstep for a 10min bike ride to NTNU Kalvskinnet and St Olavs hospital or 15min to NTNU Gløshaugen.
Groceries, cafes, and all other services are just 10min away in central Ilsvika, a lovely walk along the coastal path.

The apartment also features great access to hiking in bymarka from a trailhead 250m away at Kyllingdal. Ski paths in winter are just a short bus ride or drive away at Trolla and Fagerlia. More summer recreation spaces for excellent sunning, skateboarding, fjord swimming, and fishing are only 100m away at killingdalparken. Access to shared gardening beds adjacent to the balcony are also possible for those with a green thumb.

Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
