Spacious room in a cozy apartment

Hi,

I’m renting out a room in my apartment in Lade. I live here myself and have done so for the past 8 years. I really enjoy it and have no plans to move. The apartment is in a four-unit building and measures a total of 74 square meters, in addition to a south-facing veranda with sunlight from morning until 6 PM. There’s plenty of storage space both in the attic and the basement.

The room for rent is 14 square meters, bright, and has corner windows. It’s located on the opposite side of the apartment from my bedroom. The room is partially furnished with a bed, shelving unit, and clothing rack. I also have a dresser available if desired. The rest of the apartment is, of course, at your disposal, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and veranda.

I’m 33 years old and have worked as an advisor at DNB since 2014. I was born and raised in Trondheim. In my free time, I enjoy combining cycling, running, and outdoor activities with concerts and the cultural life in Trondheim. It’s great if you enjoy the same!

There are several grocery stores nearby, as well as excellent bus connections (including Metro Bus no. 2). Korsvika and Ladestien are just 5 minutes away, and it takes about 5-10 minutes by bike to get to the city center.

P.S. I also have a cat named Albus. He’s a very calm and friendly cat.
