Utfyllende informasjon

Room available in Vollen

We are a couple, Cristinel and Erica, living together in a spacious house in Vollen, and we are considering renting out one of our rooms temporarily.

I work as a UX designer, and Erica has a new company focused on medicinal plants. We enjoy a calm atmosphere, nature, and sauna.

There is one small bedroom available. The house is otherwise spacious and located in a safe and quiet area near the sea.

- 25 min to Aker Brygge by boat (B20)
- 31 min by direct bus 250E to Oslo, or 37 min by direct bus 250
- Spacious terrace with a small stream that you can hear while sitting outside
- Only one month's rent as deposit
- 7 min walk to Vollen beach
- Many hiking trails nearby
- Fully furnished house with washing machine
- Bathroom with bathtub and heated floor
- Free parking

We are looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, who likes a calm and friendly atmosphere.
