Room available in Vollen

We are two housemates,
Eniko (female) and Cristinel (male), sharing a spacious house in Vollen. We each have our own room, and now there is one more small bedroom available for a third person. We are not a couple, just two people looking for someone nice to join our home.

Eniko works in marketing and recently moved from London. She is tidy, easygoing, and enjoys hiking, music, and volunteering.

Cristinel works as a UX designer and also grows medicinal mushrooms as a side business. He enjoys calm routines, sauna, and nature.

The house is in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s only 25 minutes to Aker Brygge by boat (B20) or 31 minutes by direct bus (250E) with the bus stop right outside. There’s a large, bright living room and a big terrace where you can hear the nearby stream and small waterfalls. Sometimes deer pass through the garden, and you may even hear the distant horns of big ships passing by. Hiking trails are close, and Vollen beach is just a 7-minute walk away.

The home is fully furnished with all kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub and underfloor heating. Free parking is included, and the deposit is only 6200 NOK.

We are looking for someone tidy, respectful, and comfortable with shared living, who values a calm and friendly atmosphere.
