Cosy apartment in silent area, close to Bymarka (training, ski, bike...)

Available from January 2026 (possible to move in last week of December) till summer 2026. Apartment on top of garage: entrance on ground floor, living room with «kitchen corner», bed room and wardrobe/storage room upstairs. Bathroom on ground floor. Furniture: 2 beds, kitchen table with chairs, small sofa bed + table. Not in pictures, but also a black leather armchair with pouf and a TV screen (not smart TV). Fridge, stove, washing machine (clothes). Kitchen is equipped. Tovels and bed linen. Possible to use the landlord’s wifi but no guarantee of good connection (however, works well until now - 200Mb/s). Close to Bymarka (for ski, walks, bike, training). Close to tram to city center (4 minutes walk; tram takes approx 20 minutes to city center), bus to city ca 7 minutes walk from apartment), food stores: 10-15 min walking. No car parking, pets or smoking. Some upgrades done this autumn (not visible in pictures): Shower corner in bathroom, new entrance door.
