Room for mature, calm and tidy person

Hi!

There is a room available in a comfortable and well-maintained apartment at Storo. The apartment has three rooms in total. We are looking for a mature, calm and friendly person who would enjoy living in a peaceful and respectful shared home.

The people living here value a calm and harmonious atmosphere, so the apartment is best suited for someone who is tidy, considerate and respectful of others’ privacy and noise levels. One of the flatmates occasionally works from home and may have phone calls during the day, so it is ideal for someone comfortable with normal daytime activity in the apartment.

The flat is best suited for someone who does not frequently host parties or overnight guests.

Location:
The apartment is centrally located at Storo, with entrance via Grefsenveien. Close to Storo Storsenter and with excellent public transport connections (metro, tram and bus).
Entrance:
Shared entrance area with built-in closet space for coats and storage.
Kitchen:
Modern kitchen with stove, dishwasher, dining table and chairs.
Room:
The room is approximately 12 sqm and includes a bed and built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom:
Bathroom with sink, shower, WC, washing machine and dryer.
Storage:
The apartment includes storage space and access to bicycle storage in the basement.
Included:
Internet, heating and hot water are included. Electricity comes in addition.

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
