We seek tidy, pleasant tenants who respect the neighbors.

💰 Rent: Internet and electricity included.

Deposit: NOK 2,400 is a one-time non-refundable fee paid to Tryg for a deposit guarantee, which replaces a traditional security deposit.
Since opening a regular deposit account requires a Norwegian ID number, this insurance solution is used instead — it protects both tenant and landlord.
Please note this fee is non-refundable.
