Prices range from NOK 10.0000 to 12,000 + electricity per room.
3-month deposit required.
The tenancy is based on a fixed-term lease agreement running for 5 months from 1th of August.

Fully furnished rooms in a cozy shared apartment right next to NTNU Gløshaugen, available from August 1st. You can move straight in without spending a lot of time and money buying a bed, furniture, etc.
The following furniture is included in every room: bed, nightstand, lamp, desk with chair, and wardrobe.

The kitchen features a spacious dining area. It is equipped with a dishwasher, integrated appliances (stovetop, oven, and microwave), two large fridge-freezers, and a separate large freezer. Kitchenware is provided.

The entire apartment has been renovated to a high standard, including the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms.

Two nice bathrooms with shower enclosures and underfloor heating, plus a separate toilet room. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom.

Great park area right next door. Within walking distance of Studentersamfunnet (The Student Society) and the city center. Save on bus fares and sleep a little longer in the morning if you study at Gløshaugen or the Business School :-)

The rent includes internet (both wired internet for each room and Wi-Fi). We focus on creating a pleasant community and bring together tenants we believe will enjoy living together. This means a balanced mix of male and female tenants, and that everyone is a student. It’s a great opportunity to quickly make new friends at the start of your studies :-)

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
