Rom ledig i rolig kollektiv med voksne roomies, vi er ferdig med festing og prioriterer å ha et hyggelig hjem. Fullt møblert, godt med lagringsplass, og plenty med muligheter for å chille med katter. Vi ser etter en roomie som er hyggelig, tolerant, brukbart ryddig, glad i dyr og ellers trivelig! Vi er 39, og ser gjerne etter noen nærmere oss i alder men av erfaring vet vi at det ikke er det mest avgjørende. Gode kollektivforbindelser til høyskolene/universitetet.

Looking for a room in a laidback apartment where you can come home to enjoy some peace and quiet? We're looking for a new roomie, ideally for the long term. We are equally open to norwegian and non-norwegian speaking roomies.

What we can offer:
- Really nice roommates, both two- and four legged
- Space, we've got a whopping 44m² kitchen/living room/solarium
- All amenities included in the rent, no unexpected costs
- A fully furnished room with a 120cm wide bed, built in drawers, bookshelves, desk and chair (for the chair geeks, yes it is an Aeron.)
- Fully furnished kitchen, living room and bathroom, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and extremely comfy couch. The kitchen is also equipped with most utensils and appliances you might desire.
- Storage unit in basement
- Grocery stores, a café, and a gym only 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment
- Four buses that all go to the city center are equally close by
- Indoor bike parking
- A parking spot in a heated garage (with charging for electric/hybrid cars) is also available for rent
- Nice hiking options nearby

What we look for in a roomie:
- Likes to get to know their roomies
- Liberal & tolerant
- You've got to like cats, like, a lot.
- Reasonably tidy, we are not neat freaks and we need someone who doesn't make us worse
- Age-wise we would love for you to be closer to us than not, but personality is far more important than trips around the sun.
- Ideally a bit of a geek as well in some way
- Keeps to a decent schedule, we both work days mon-fri and keep things pretty quiet (shift workers (turnus) are welcome though, as long as everyone can get their sleep)

Your prospective roomies are Marthe and Jonny, 39, pretty chill and largely introverted geeks and avid gamers who don't host parties, and keep evenings pretty quiet. Jonny is into WoW, weightlifting, anime, biking, and camping. Marthe is a tv-series buff, plays a lot of Borderlands and reads a lot, and of course, talks a LOT. The cats have varied interests but all enjoy napping, mayhem, and treats. Hoping to find someone who maybe shares some of our interests, but from experience we also know the best roomie might be someone completely unlike us.

For a longterm roomie the important thing for us is to find someone to live *with*, not a random stranger we barely see. We are by no means hyper social and do not do a lot of shared activities other than watching movies and gaming, but we generally enjoy each other's company and would like a roomie to fit in, socialize a little bit, have some good discussions, get a bite to eat sometimes, etc.
