THE FLAT:
Nice apartment, somewhat furnished (it is possible to rent also completely without furniture). Note there is furniture only, no personal belongings.
Storage room in cellar. Bike room.

Bedroom: Storage furniture and space. No bed.

Living room: TV table, bookshelf. No sofa.

Kitchen: Kitchen table and two chairs, kitchen utensils available. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, New 2024 oven, New 2024 combined refridgerator/freezer.

Bathroom: Bathroom from May 2018 with New laundry machine 2024. Rain shower. Floor heating.

The apartment is really bright (large windows and corner apartment). Apartment has some cleaning stuff and a vacuum cleaner left. Apartment is on 1.5 floor, easy to walk outside and smoke if needed.

The flat is perfect for a couple with or without a child. Last tenant stayed, a Norwegian couple stayed 2 years, and before that a man stayed 5 years with his wife and a small child.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Apartment is located next to a calm one-way street with parking possibilities. Views from apartment are green (trees, grass and flowers, small garden). Calm neighbourhood and still in central location. You sleep well here!

Gyms 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Several grocery stores - Kiwi, Rema1000 - and also Bunnpris for Sundays, 1-4 minutes from the apartment. Bars and restaurants can be found 2 minutes from the apartment. The area has been improved recently with several new hot spots that have opened and you can have a great burger and a beer without going to crowdy Grunerlökka. A 2 min walk to Torshovdalen - great relaxing lung of the city with great views. Sofienberg (Grunerlökka) is two bus stops away/15 minutes walk.

TRANSPORT:
7 minutes walk to Sinsen T-bane and Carl Berner T-bane. Rosenhoff bus stop is 1 minute from apartment. Here you can find express buses, bus for airport, 31/33 buses and trikk 17 - and more. Excellent public transportation - 12 min to Oslo central station.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Nice laundry room with all necessary equipment. New big machines and usually immediate access/same day.

THE RENT:
-Longterm rental only, min 1 year
-No pets
-No smoking allowed inside.
-Car parking on the street, never a problem.
-Deposit or guarantee mandatory.

RENT: 27000 NOK/month (including water, heating and all electricity, all furniture and wi-fi)
