We offer a student discount on the deposit/guarantee. Only one month’s security deposit with valid student ID and credit check. We accept both cash deposits and bank guarantees.
Additional Costs
Tenants renting a furnished bedroom can choose to lease a mattress for NOK 1,000. This will be invoiced separately. The landlord will provide the mattress upon move-in. The mattress remains the property of Bo Coliving after the tenancy ends.
