Hello,

My name is Gaspard, and I am reaching out on behalf of myself and two close friends. We are three Swiss students currently in our third year of studies, and we will be joining NTNU in Trondheim for the upcoming academic year. We are looking for a cozy and welcoming place to call home during our stay.

A little about us:
We met during our first year of university and have been inseparable since. We are calm, respectful, and tidy — the kind of flatmates who do the dishes the same day and actually stick to cleaning schedules. We are not party people; our idea of a good evening is cooking a meal together, exploring the city, or heading out into the Norwegian nature on weekends.

As Swiss students, we are used to a culture of respect for neighbours and shared spaces, and we take great pride in keeping our home in good condition. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and will treat your property with the utmost care.

We are looking for:
- A 3-bedroom apartment (or 3 individual rooms in a shared flat)
- Available from [date d'arrivée]
- Ideally located near NTNU Gløshaugen or with good public transport connections
- Budget: around [X] NOK per person per month (all-in preferred)

We are reliable, financially stable (supported by Swiss student loans and family), and ready to provide any references or documents upon request.
