Hi,
My name is Claudio Romanuk (31) and I will be moving to Stavanger on January 13th, 2026, together with my wife Mary (36).

We are a responsible, quiet, and organized couple currently living in New Zealand. We are relocating to Norway permanently in search of stability, a long-term home, and new opportunities for our life together.

Although I do not have a job yet, I will begin applying immediately upon arrival, and I am fully available to start working as soon as needed. I have over 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics, and during the last 3 years I worked at Kuehne + Nagel (New Zealand), where I gradually took on more responsibilities. I can provide my reference letter from my General Manager, Karen, if required.

Mary is a professional makeup artist, and she will also be searching for work in her field in Stavanger.
We are both non-smokers, respectful, clean, and we highly value living in a quiet and safe environment.

We are looking for a comfortable, long-term place to rent in a peaceful residential area with good access to public transport, as we will not have a car during our first year.

To help build trust, we are open to starting with a short-term contract (for example, 3 months) so that both sides can get to know each other and ensure that everything works smoothly before committing to a long-term agreement.

Deposit and rent paid on time

References from our current landlords

References from previous employers

Passport/ID copies
