Rom i leilighet

Renting out a room in a 2-room apartment. There is some flexibility regarding the move-in/out date and contract extension.
The room is in a cosy apartment in Laksevåg which you will be sharing with me. The apartment is located in a house divided into two apartments and is rented out by the Landlady who owns the house and her daughter. I am looking for a calm and responsible person.
The apartment is fully furnished and in good condition. It was renovated about 7 years ago. It is on two levels, with bedrooms and laundry room on the second floor and living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor. There is a short walk to a grocery store (Kiwi) and bus stop. About a 5-minute walk to Gyldenpris, 10 minutes by bus to the city centre, and 20 minutes walk to Høyden (University of Bergen). There is a nice mountain to hike just behind the house, a 2-minute walk. No smoking or pets allowed. Monthly rent includes internet and TV but not electricity. There is an AC in the living room and electric heaters in the rooms. I have lived in the apartment myself for the last 2 years and really enjoy living here. Since the person I shared the apartment with is now moving out of Norway, I am looking for someone to share with so I can continue to live here.

About me:
I am 29 year old mechanical engineer, born in Portugal and working as a designer in a company 10 minutes away. I love outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, burning, skiing, paragliding and swimming although the one that I practice the most is definitely climbing.
Regarding "living" in a house, I am a relatively quiet person. I go to bed early but fail to wake up early, I don't drink but I like to play board games, have friends over every now and then and meet my flatmate's friends as well.
