We are looking for a apartment/house for a long time, ideally from July 15th. But we are also considering the possibility of starting the lease from an earlier or later date.
I am a 41-year-old HVAC (heating , ventilation and air conditioning systems) design engineer working for a company Novenco Marine & Offshore. My wife works as a civil design engineer. We will live together with our two children aged 12 and 13.
We are neat and very clean people. No one in our family smokes or has any other bad habits. I can promise you that your apartment will remain in pristine condition.
For your peace of mind, I am ready to provide you with my employment contract, marriage certificate, as well as contacts of referrers in Norway.
I will also be happy to help you with minor repairs, plumbing, electrics and so on.
