Room in collective to rent from 1August

Hello there,

We are lookig for a new memeber to our collective in Ullern.

The room is about 10-12qm with a Wardrobe.
The rent is 6400 per month + Electricity what we share all together.

Due to the proximity to the subway, around 3-5 min walk, you can be in the center of Oslo in less than 20 minutes or at Majorstuen in 8 minutes. We feel that is a very comfortable connection into town :)!
There is also a Bus to Lysaker close by what takes you around 10 min to Lysaker.

The Neighborhood is quiet and Green and Nature is very easy accessible . Like near the house, there is access to a beautiful green valley where you can get to Røa by bike in about 10 minutes and to Bogstavann in about 20 minutes.

Our kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
The living room is large with a dining table, sofa corner, fireplace and door to the terrace and vegetable garden.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, a toilet and a separate bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks. Our washing machine and dryer in the basement.

We are in the late 20s and mid 30, open, tolerant, and active people. During the week we go to work or school and on the weekends we pursue our hobbies, relax with friends, take a sauna, or Travel.
